Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, assisting in their recovery and improving mobility under established treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic procedures to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess experience in outpatient or rehabilitative therapy settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and clinical judgment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented healthcare environment.
