Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care. This position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and assisting in their recovery process.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state or federal licensed Physical Therapist credential.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of clinical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bring a valid government-issued ID to the facility.
