Job Summary:
Provides clinical support to healthcare providers by assisting with patient care, procedures, and clinic operations under supervision. Ensures smooth workflow and maintains patient flow throughout the appointment process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient visits.
• Collect and document patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures, including suturing, biopsies, and splinting.
• Perform venipunctures, audiometry, and vision testing as ordered.
• Maintain accurate records of lab tests, referrals, and patient transfers.
• Support clinic team by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; completion of Medical Assistant training preferred.
• Current Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is preferred.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of two years recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and handle multiple priorities.
