Job Summary:
Performs non-invasive, routine clinical support services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. Provides assistance with patient care, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms and check in patients efficiently.
• Obtain and record vital signs and patient history.
• Report significant findings and patient observations to the healthcare provider.
• Perform venipunctures and specimen collection as ordered.
• Conduct audiometry and vision testing to support patient assessment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient recall systems for labs, referrals, and transfers.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Completion of Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Demonstrate competency in phlebotomy and clinical procedures.
• Minimum of two years recent healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Must hold or acquire relevant state licensure or certification as required.
