Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. Ensure the delivery of quality care to support patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for therapy activities.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal identification and badge policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state license or certification required.
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must bring government-issued ID and wear a photo badge during shifts.
