Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing quality patient care through therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation activities. Contribute to patient recovery and mobility improvement in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist patients with exercises and mobility activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient safety and infection control.
• Maintain accurate records and report any patient concerns to supervising therapists.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Demonstrate knowledge of therapeutic procedures and patient care techniques.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred.
