Job Summary:
Assist physical therapists in providing therapeutic interventions to patients, supporting their recovery and mobility goals. Ensure high-quality care through effective patient interactions and treatment implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and execute treatment plans.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
• Escort and assist patients during their therapy sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience assisting in therapeutic environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours including weekdays.
