Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist provides specialized rehabilitation services to patients, aiming to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. They evaluate patient needs and develop customized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance mobility and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
