Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide targeted patient care and therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and exercises.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license; must provide ETA for license approval.
• Proven experience in skilled nursing facility or outpatient settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to float to Camp Verde and work 5 days per week, 32 hours guaranteed.
• Capable of providing care to a diverse patient population.
