Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients, focusing on injury prevention, recovery, and functional improvement. Deliver comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient assessments including fall risk and gross motor evaluations.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans targeting various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases weekly, optimizing patient visits for efficiency and quality care.
• Utilize NextGen EHR for documentation, progress notes, and billing in compliance with organizational standards.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post-operative care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in orthopedics and neurorehabilitation.
• Capable of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work 4x10 hour shifts preferred.
