Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist assesses, develops, and implements customized treatment plans to improve patients' functional mobility and alleviating pain. This role involves working closely with patients to restore movement and promote overall well-being through evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Design and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to address individual needs.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies for continued recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
• Have prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or specialized settings preferred.
