Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on the prevention and treatment of physical disabilities and diseases. Manages and delivers therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatients and outpatients across all age groups, including specialized services.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs through thorough physical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Administer specialty services such as wound care, prosthetic and orthotic clinics, and assistive technology evaluations.
• Lead and develop the physical therapy section, ensuring continuous quality improvement, safety, and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Prepare for compliance audits, including Joint Commission readiness, and participate in staff education, meetings, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE approved).
• Possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in any U.S. state, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
• Meet credentialing requirements to serve on the Medical Staff, with all necessary documentation provided.
• Demonstrate knowledge of specialty services and clinical procedures related to physical therapy.
