Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for travel assignment at a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. The clinician will provide specialized therapy services to patients, ensuring quality care and optimal recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions focusing on ADL and IADL skills.
• Track and document patient progress, time, and charges accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve treatment goals.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Utilize equipment such as ESTIM, patient lifts, and gym tools to enhance therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active KS Occupational Therapist license.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months current acute care OT experience.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience with inpatient rehabilitation settings (preferred).
• Be a flexible team player with strong communication skills.
• Have experience or certification in neuro or lymphedema therapy (preferred).
