Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized therapy services in a state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. The clinician will deliver evidence-based interventions to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ functional status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy protocols utilizing advanced equipment and technology.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Track and document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home programs.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Kansas licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months current acute care OT experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with modalities such as ESTIM, patient lifts, and ADL/IADL equipment.
• Be BLS certified.
• Preferred: experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation and neuro or lymphedema certification.
