Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services with a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. The role involves delivering high-quality care in a hospital setting, ensuring patient progress and compliance with facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient care accurately in compliance with hospital standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and facility policies, including strict tobacco-free testing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate at least 11 years of experience in rehab hospital settings.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Be able to work independently within a hospital environment.
• Have prior inpatient rehab experience and be a first-time traveler with at least 2 years of PT experience.
• Commit to a schedule that includes float responsibilities within the hospital or to nearby facilities.
