Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of emergency department experience and be adept at managing acute patient needs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival to determine appropriate immediate care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and staff to deliver comprehensive emergency care.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Follow unit policies, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures consistently.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience working as an ER RN in a busy hospital setting.
• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS certifications; ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in neuro and cardiac patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
