Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RNs for night shifts in the Emergency Room, with a focus on acute patient care and timely clinical interventions. Candidates must be adaptable to weekend schedules and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using the designated EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient management.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards, including required certifications and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and have at least 2 years of ER experience.
• Possess current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate prior travel or high-acuity experience preferred.
• Be willing to undergo facility-required drug screening and compliance verification.
• Capable of completing necessary lab work within 72 hours of acceptance.
