Job Summary:
Providing specialized emergency care, the emergency room nurse delivers immediate treatment to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. This role requires quick decision-making and a thorough understanding of trauma protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming patients to assess severity and prioritize care.
• Administer emergency interventions, medications, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition continuously, adjusting care as needed.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in charting systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
