Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality patient care during 13-week contracted assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing acute cases, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with department protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform procedures including intubations, lumbar punctures, lac repairs, suturing, and splinting.
• Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to unit policies, dress code, and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent emergency department experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and rotate weekends.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
