Job Summary:
Physical Therapist role supporting an inpatient rehab unit with a strong therapy-to-patient and nurse-to-patient care model. You will deliver PT evaluations and treatment focused on functional recovery, including care for patients with neurologic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized PT treatment plans.
• Deliver inpatient PT services across neuro and functional mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to coordinate care and progress.
• Document assessments and therapy sessions in Expanse in a timely, accurate manner.
• Communicate with patients and families to support engagement, education, and recovery.
• Participate in rounding and maintain strong customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NH license within scope of practice.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Possess inpatient care experience; mentorship/training support available for qualified candidates.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of PT experience in a clinical setting.
• Exhibit strong skills working with neurologic patients and functional mobility needs (preferred).
• Demonstrate professional readiness for travel assignments and unit teamwork in an inpatient rehab environment.
