Job Summary:

Provides skilled physical therapy services to residents in a senior living community, promoting optimal mobility and independence. Collaborates with care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ physical needs and develop customized therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Educate residents and staff on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Proven experience in geriatric or senior living settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekends and float shifts.
• Knowledge of age-related mobility issues and rehabilitation techniques.
