Job Summary:
Assist patients in improving mobility and quality of life through specialized physical therapy interventions. Provide compassionate care to meet individual rehabilitation needs in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document treatment sessions accurately in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Have prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle crisis situations.
