Job Summary:


A Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patient's mobility and functionality. They collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.



Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and functional needs through comprehensive evaluations.
  
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
  
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home care strategies.
  
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
• Comply with regulatory requirements by carrying valid state or federal identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid state-issued or federal-issued license as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Possess recent clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
  
• Exhibit strong assessment skills and clinical judgment.
