Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic treatments to enhance mobility, balance, and strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for continued improvement.
• Document treatment plans and progress reports accurately.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Have previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Maintain excellent communication skills with team members and patients.
• Hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
