Job Summary:

Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for inpatient and outpatient clients, ensuring personalized care that promotes recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients to deliver evidence-based therapy services in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Communicate progress and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development across diverse age groups.
• Adhere to all clinical and safety standards, maintaining up-to-date licensing and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possess a current New Hampshire Physical Therapy license and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Exhibit a strong knowledge of human development and therapy techniques.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required, with a minimum of 1 year being highly desirable.
• Be willing to comply with all professional licensing and certification requirements.
