Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced X-ray/Radiology Technician to perform radiographic procedures with high technical proficiency, supporting adult and pediatric imaging needs. The role requires initiative, sound understanding of anatomical positioning, and the ability to operate independently within a busy clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiographic exams following proper positioning and safety protocols.
• Utilize ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging in various settings, including OR, ortho, fluoro, inpatient, outpatient, and ER.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards, including the management of radiation badges and compliance.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, ensuring coverage for multiple departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC system and support departmental workflow.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARRT (R), SCRQSA (R), BLS, and CPR certifications.
• Possess at least 1 year of previous radiologic technologist experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in fluoroscopy and OR procedures.
• Be capable of obtaining and maintaining a radiation badge as required by the facility.
• Hold South Carolina licensure or have pending license approval.
