Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist with critical care expertise to provide advanced respiratory services in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in airway management, arterial line insertion, and intubation, ensuring optimal patient care across complex clinical scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care respiratory therapy services, including airway management and arterial line insertion.
• Assess and monitor patients’ respiratory status, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Comply with hospital protocols, including weekend rotations and holiday coverage expectations.
• Complete clinical screens and ensure full compliance for timely onboarding.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within the electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid respiratory therapist license for Georgia or a Compact State license.
• Possess minimum of 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in intubation, airway management, and arterial line placement.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be capable of floating within hospital scope of practice and to affiliated facilities as needed.
