Job Summary:
Provides specialized respiratory therapy services to patients requiring critical care and airway management. Ensures patient stability through advanced respiratory interventions, including intubation and arterial line management, within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies as prescribed, including ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Perform critical care skills such as intubation, arterial line insertion, and airway management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and response to therapies accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations during all clinical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid GA or Compact Respiratory Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in intubation, airway management, and invasive line insertions.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts) reliably.
• Strong understanding of critical care protocols and patient safety standards.
