Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Surgical Technologists for travel assignments in a busy hospital's OR. This role involves supporting surgical teams during various procedures, ensuring sterile techniques, and maintaining a smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by passing instruments and managing surgical equipment.
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control standards.
• Set up and breakdown ORs after surgeries, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Document procedures and assist with inventory management of surgical supplies.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or OR Technician credentials.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or OR setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assisting with various surgical procedures, including orthopedic procedures.
• Ability to work flexibly, including day/evening shifts and call as needed.
• Experience with Meditech or similar EMR systems preferred.
