Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Travel CST for the CVOR team at HCA HealthONE Aurora. The ideal candidate will support complex cardiovascular surgical procedures and collaborate efficiently with the OR team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular surgeries such as CABG, AAA repair, valve replacements, and TAVR procedures.
• Prepare and operate specialized surgical equipment, including Stryker and GE systems.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain sterile techniques throughout the operative process.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and facilitating efficient workflows.
• Float across units and assist with various procedures as required by staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR surgical technologist experience.
• Possess a CST certification and be flexible to work weekday hours from 7AM to 5PM.
• Demonstrate confidence, teamwork, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
• Skilled in handling advanced cardiovascular surgical equipment and procedures.
• Ability to float across units and support a diverse team.
