Job Summary:
Seeking a Travel Labor & Delivery Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to provide skilled support in a high-volume OB unit. The candidate will assist with various obstetric procedures and ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries, hysterectomies, tubal ligations, cerclage placements, and versions.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring sterile technique.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to facilitate smooth operation of obstetric procedures.
• Adhere to unit policies and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support high-risk OB cases and manage emergent situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Hold NBSTA and DORA certifications in hand.
• Possess current BLS certification.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital CST L&D experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic or Meditech EMR systems.
• Prefer candidates with previous travel experience and PACU background.
