Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Surgical CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel assignment at a premier hospital. The role involves supporting cardiovascular surgeries within a busy operating room environment, ensuring optimal patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist surgeons and staff during surgeries, adhering to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage surgical instruments, ensuring proper sterilization and readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, supplies used, and patient information.
• Support post-operative cleanup and equipment sterilization to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Hold NBSTA and DORA Certification in Surgical Technology.
• Possess a minimum of 1-year recent acute care hospital experience as a CST.
• Have hands-on experience with neuro, transplant, ortho/spine, and trauma procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Meditech EMR systems.
• Be a team player with high accountability and strong self-direction.
