Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting, ensuring optimal recovery and functional improvement through evidence-based interventions and assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy sessions utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic health record system accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in acute care.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
• BLS certification is required.
• Travel experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
