Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a sports medicine clinic with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. Deliver patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Document patient progress accurately using clinic-specific documentation systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Texas state license in Physical Therapy.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings.
• BLS certification is required.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Ability to complete documentation and lab requirements within specified timeframes.
