Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with patient needs and clinical protocols.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Texas State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least 2 years of outpatient or acute care experience.
• Demonstrate BLS certification and proficiency in Epic charting systems.
• Prefer candidates with travel therapy experience.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
