Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled RN - Operating Room for a travel assignment at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross, GA. The role involves providing exemplary perioperative care across various surgical specialties in a high-quality, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist during general, orthopedic, podiatry, OB/GYN, urology, ophthalmic, spine, bariatric, and Endo surgeries.
• Maintain a sterile environment, ensuring adherence to surgical protocols and safety standards.
• Document all procedures and patient information accurately using Meditech Expanse system.
• Collaborate with surgical team members, including CSTs, ORAs, and unit coordinators, to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code, patient experience standards, and floating within Surgical Services.
• Respond to on-call assignments and provide coverage during rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Proven ability to assist with diverse surgical procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical safety standards, and documentation protocols.
