Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a surgical setting, supporting adult and pediatric ENT, facial plastics, and general surgery procedures. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout all phases of care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and providing necessary instruments.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs and condition changes intraoperatively.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are sterile, functioning correctly, and readily available.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and completely.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in the specialty.
• Maintain active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate expertise in ENT, facial plastics, and general surgery procedures.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Willing to work two major holidays and one minor holiday as required.
