Job Summary:
The Cath Lab Tech will provide specialized support in the cardiac catheterization lab, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures. This role requires technical proficiency, clinical expertise, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced GE cardiovascular imaging equipment during procedures.
• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterizations, angiograms, stent placements, and other interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and patient status throughout procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Document procedural details accurately in Meditech and MacLab systems.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, ensuring adherence to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RCIS, ARRT certification, or equivalent credential.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Have neurovascular experience and proficiency in cardiac procedures.
• Demonstrate minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a cath lab setting.
• Be adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments with minimal supervision.
