Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to a designated patient population in a medical-surgical setting. Supervises and coordinates a team of nursing staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care according to established standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by collecting relevant health data and analyzing assessment information.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve desired health outcomes.
• Coordinate and deliver nursing interventions, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
• Evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed to optimize results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, patients, and families to support continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff, fostering a safe and caring environment.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Basic understanding of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical protocols.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.
