Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide acute care for a rural 70-bed facility. This night shift position requires flexibility to float to various units, including ICU, and care for pediatric and adolescent patients as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Administer bedside care to adult, pediatric, and adolescent patients in a fast-paced telemetry setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and effectively respond to changes in patient condition.
• Float to other units, including ICU, to support patient care needs, ensuring seamless care delivery.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately using Cerner EMR system.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as required.

Qualifications:

• Active WV or Compact RN license; pending license accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute care, telemetry, and pediatric care.
• Proven ability to manage adult and pediatric patients with complex needs.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (preferred).
• Strong telemetry skills with additional pediatric or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Must have at least 2 professional references from the past 2 years.
