Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an urgent contract assignment. This role involves providing patient-centered rehabilitative care in a fast-paced environment over a 13-week period.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols during all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state or federal-issued license as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Have prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Be able to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for the duration of the contract.
• Show commitment to patient safety and professional standards.
