Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services. Candidates will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately.
• Comply with facility policies requiring photo identification and proper attire at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Be willing to work flexible days, including weekends if necessary.
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is preferred.
