Job Summary:
Providing specialized pediatric nursing care, this role involves managing the health needs of pediatric patients in a hospital setting. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor pediatric patients’ vital signs and clinical status continuously.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding care plans.
• Document patient information meticulously in electronic health records.
• Educate patients’ families about care procedures and health management.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical interventions when needed.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least two years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Proven ability to handle pediatric patient care in high-pressure environments.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric clinical procedures, medications, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• BLS certification; additional pediatric certifications preferred.
