Job Summary:
Provide specialized pediatric nursing care to critically ill and complex patients in a high-acuity medical-surgical environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, including vital signs and clinical indicators.
• Educate families and caregivers on patient care, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with active state certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex clinical cases and respond to emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric assessments, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
