Job Summary:
Provide specialized pediatric nursing care in a busy, accredited hospital environment. Focus on delivering safe, patient-centered treatment and support for pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions to pediatric patients based on physicians' orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emerging health issues promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and care provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current licensure in North Carolina.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or acute care settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in pediatric patient assessment and intervention.
• Possess pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
