Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Support residents with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Support nursing staff with basic patient care procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment to prevent infections.
• Follow facility protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification and license.
• Proven ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must bring a valid state or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
• COVID-19 vaccination required or valid exemption documentation.
