Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical Surgical/Tele registered nurse to provide compassionate patient care on night shifts. The role involves floating across various units as needed, with a focus on adult and geriatric populations experiencing general medical-surgical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Document patient care activities comprehensively in EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update patient care plans.
• Float to different units, applying skills in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and hospital policies throughout shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license and meet state licensing requirements.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC EMR with at least 1 year of experience.
• Maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and SC RN license.
• Pass an EKG exam and demonstrate competence in adult patient care.
• Be able to float between Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
