Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Medical Surgical/Tele specializations to provide high-quality patient care on a resource pool basis. These roles involve floating within facility units and potentially across campuses, requiring flexibility and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Float to different units and campuses as needed to ensure optimal patient coverage.
• Pass clinical assessments, including arrhythmia and medication tests, on the first day of orientation.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and attendance policies, including timely submission of documents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid nursing license or pending license accepted prior to start date.
• Hold at least 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Be capable of passing arrhythmia recognition and medication administration tests.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems, preferably EPIC.
• Possess active certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
• Be able to float within scope and adapt to different unit requirements.
