Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced LTAC MS/Tele RN for night shifts at a long-term acute care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within a specialized setting.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms and medication administrations.
• Administer treatments and medications accurately, adhering to facility protocols.
• Float within scope to meet facility staffing needs, including lower levels of care when required.
• Respond promptly to clinical emergencies, including arrhythmia and medication management.
• Complete required compliance documentation, including assessments and shift reports.
• Pass cardiac dysrhythmia and moderate sedation tests on the first day of orientation.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license; pending license accepted with clearance before start date.
• At least 1–2 years of acute care experience, preferably in LTAC or similar settings.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication tests on orientation day.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and as needed weekends.
