Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU nurses for LTAC night shifts. The ideal candidate will have neuro experience and be proficient in BLS, ACLS, and NIH guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Monitor patient condition continuously, recognizing early signs of deterioration.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate patient status effectively.
• Support patient recovery and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state certification.
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience, preferably in neuro and LTAC settings.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIH protocols.
• Proficient in EPIC EMR documentation and clinical procedures.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hours) and support float requirements.
• Capable of handling high-acuity patients and working independently.
